Exchange of item(s) must be made within 5 days from the date the parcel been delivered.
Kindly note that only damaged / defective item(s) can be exchanged. And the exchanged of item(s) is only limited to the item(s) of the same category.

Only products purchased on GDjewellery.com may be returned for an exchange.
Term & Conditions
- Returned item(s) must be returned in its original packaging.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The purchaser will return / exchange the item(s) at their own expense.
- For exchanges, please note that you will only need to send back the item(s) you wish to exchange while keeping any free gifts you’ve received in your order.
- Free gift(s) are not eligible for return / exchange.
Wrong Order
- We understand that it can be frustrating to receive the wrong order.
- If that ever happens, please email us a picture of the wrong item received at gdjewellery6@gmail.com for us to initiate the replacement process soonest possible.
Cancellation of Order
If you wish to request for a cancellation of your order prior to dispatch, please email us at gdjewellery6@gmail.com within 6 hours upon placing your order. If your order has been fulfilled before the 6 hours time frame, we will not be able to proceed with the necessary cancellations. Anything past 6 hours will not be eligible for cancellation.
We cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled upon request as our Fulfilment Team works very efficiently in processing all our orders.
Return Process
- Please allow up to 10 working days for us to assess the returned item(s) and process your exchange from the day we receive the item(s).
